My Health and Ayurveda
" I highly recommend this book"
Reviewed in the United States on December 2, 2014
In a well-written, taut 258 pages Paul Colver conveys what I suspect most, if not all of us, have been looking for: a clear, concise, comprehensive approach to wellness. The Ayurvedic approach is it. From cooking, and food and spice recommendations with positive effects on body and mind, to Vedic exercise and maximizing oxygenation of the body, every session (chapter) has a clear message, often delivered with wit, always with intelligence. One area of the book of particular interest to me was in Session 15, the section entitled "Getting Rid of the Effects of Trauma." I highly recommend this book! https://celebritymentalhealthspeakers.com/personnel/andrew-j-mckenna/

Natural breathing is the basis for lasting fitness. It is the basis for vitality. Without natural, effective breathing all efforts for fitness, weight management, better hydration, diet and sleep are diminished.
You will also find the Appendices: Abhyanga, Ayurvedic Cooking, Ayurvedic Exercise, Marmas, Pranayama, and arguably the best Ayurvedic Body Type Questionnaire available on the planet.
